Genesis Rescue

The next generation of extrication

Team Genesis

A Collective experience of 75 years in the fire and rescue industry gave birth to Genesis Rescue Systems. Genesis Rescue Systems was founded on an idea that innovation, creativity, and delivery, were more important than the bottom line. So, in the fall of 1992 shareholders with Genesis Rescue Systems partnered with Weber Hydraulik of Germany, bringing the European powerhouse to the U.S. market. By mid 1993 there was no mistaking the partnership was a success.

It wasn’t until 1999 that Genesis Rescue Systems and Weber Hydraulik exchanged shares of stock and officially began their Joint Venture. Shares were distributed so each company held equal responsibility and accountability for one another. This joint venture allowed for Genesis Rescue Systems to purchase machinery and begin manufacturing 100 percent American made products.

Eight years later Genesis Rescue Systems invested even more in manufacturing equipment as a direct result of increased sales and overall success in the U.S. market. Not only was the success apparent in the U.S., but also in the international rescue market. Sales and demand increased when Genesis Rescue Systems began exporting 100 percent U.S. manufactured products globally.

Genesis Rescue Systems riding on its core values, innovates a number of cutting-edge game changing technologies in the rescue tool market. First innovation was Overdrive hydraulic pump technology. Overdrive took the market by storm and Genesis Rescue Systems was a driving force in the industry. This innovative technology allows rescue personnel to increase the speed of a tool by 50 percent on demand. The heart of the system … the Mach III Outlaw was born.

Genesis Rescue Systems holds three patents for equipment manufactured in the U.S. The first patent is the spring of 1998 was the Angle V-Head Push Pull Ram attachment. Followed by the Adjustable Self-locking Shoring Strut in the winter of 2000. In the fall of 2007, a patent was filed for an Adjustable Mounting Bracket. Genesis Rescue Systems continues to hold true to its core values of innovation, creativity, and development. With the widely accepted use of battery hydraulic systems, Genesis Rescue Systems and Weber Rescue continue to push the limits of what’s possible. Our tools are lighter, faster, and more powerful … “The Next Generation of Extrication” is … Genesis Rescue Systems.

All of Genesis Rescue Systems equipment is produced in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Dayton, Ohio. This certification is required by NFPA 1936:2015, a compliancy that keeps first responders and emergency personnel safe.
